Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour

Job Description:

Truck Service Point is seeking an experienced and professionally trained trailer mechanic to be a part of our team. Typical job duties include but are not limited to running diagnostic tests, repairing trailer vehicles, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal person for this position will be eager to provide the best auto service and willing to communicate with companies’ drivers, and other Mechanics within the shop to achieve overall success of the shop.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Typical trailer repair duties
  • FMCSA inspections
  • Body repair experience with dry van & reefer trailers
  • Able to diagnose ABS issues using the Lite Check ABS diagnostics
  • Perform disk & drum air brake repairs
  • Hydraulic trouble shooting on lift gate systems
  • Welding, stick, mig, and tig.
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work as a team member
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Have their own tools
  • Verifiable 2 years minimum experience

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
